Troop 722
Towards the end of October 2022, Troops 722 and 910 went camping at Grayson highlands state park in Virginia. The group went hiking approximately 7 miles from Massey gap to the Mt. Rogers wilderness area.
Troop 722 and 910 participated in the crop walk on October 16, 2022. The crop walk is an event held in downtown Winston-Salem in which the participants walk to raise money for hunger.
Over the summer, troop 722 went on a camping trip to Camp Raven Knob. Over the course of a week, the troop learned merit badges and did scout activities. We had a great time.
On February 19, 2022 the scout troop went to Todd to plant saplings with Blue Ridge Trout Unlimited. It was very cold but we persisted.

We had another great camping trip this weekend to Hungry Mother State Park where we ziplined with Hungry Mother Adventures!

A great camping trip at Mount Shepherd Retreat Center where we also worked on an Eagle Scout Service project.
Scouts from Troop 722 successfully completed a 78+ mile Trek (#32) at Philmont Scout Ranch. The Scouts earned their Arrowhead Award, The “We All Made It” Plaque, Duty to God, Wilderness Pledge Award, Trail of Courage, and 50-Miler Award.
